Beauty travels so much farther,

Than only a layer of skin. 

I see glimpses of the person inside you,

And love you for that’s within. 

Your eyes are so bright and lively, 

Your smile so innocent and true. 

But it’s the emotional connection between us, 

That's always brought me back to you. 

Whether sitting together beneath the stars, 

Or talking ‘til the wee hours of the morn

I felt a closeness grow between us,
